Being away Package

Well managed property guarantees a good return on your investment, so why not take advantage of our Management Packages. You will have peace of mind knowing that everything has been taken care of. The cost is additional and is not obligatory and committed with our Letting Agreement. Every owner decides for himself whether his property deserves our special care.

Being away package

  • Collection of the key for the apartment.
  • Making set of 2 copies of the key for the apartment.
  • Initial full inventory check of your property and its contents, taking photographs.
  • Issuing inventory document, according to the Letting Agreement signed with the owner.
  • Mailing a report of the inventory and a report of the condition of the apartment.
  • Monthly property inspection in the not active season October – April and a weekly inspection during active season May – September, if the property is not rented out.
  • Preparing the property for winter conditions – switch off electricity and water.
  • Arranging cleaning once a year included in the price of the package.
  • Paying the monthly bills for electricity and water.
  • Emergency property checks following inclement weathers and arranging clear up, if necessary, after storms/high winds.

Being away premium package

  • Collection of the key for the apartment.
  • Making set of 2 copies of the key for the apartment.
  • Initial full inventory check of your property and its contents, taking photographs.
  • Issuing inventory document, according to the Letting Agreement signed with the owner.
  • Mailing a report of the inventory and a report of the condition of the apartment.
  • Weekly property inspection in the not active season October – April. Weekly checks during active season May – September apply only if the property is not rented out.
  • Preparing the property for winter conditions – switch off electricity and water.
  • Arranging cleaning twice a year included in the price of the package.
  • Payment of the monthly bills for electricity and water.
  • Payment of annual municipal and local taxes.
  • Emergency property checks following inclement weathers and arranging clear up, if necessary, after storms/high winds.
  • Community representation (only if requested by the owner).

Having in mind all other property expenses you take care of, we created our management packages at very reasonable and competitive rates, formed on annual bases, individually, according to property type, location and size, after inspection of our staff.
