No matter if you rent out or use the property yourself, it will certainly need care and cleaning. We offer a range of cleaning services including but not limited to spring cleaning, start/end of tenancy cleaning and refresh cleaning.
Spring cleaning – after long winter stay, every property needs essential cleaning, before first guests’ arrival. Our service includes:
- Ventilating the property
- Vacuum cleaning of the floor and upholstery
- Cleaning of windows /where reachable/
- Bedroom furniture and storage unit cleaning
- Cleaning wardrobes, cupboards and cabinets inside and out
- Complete kitchen cleaning
- Bathroom and toilet cleaning
- Floor cleaning and polishing
- Balcony washing
Rates: studio – 30 euro, 1 bedroom apartment – 35 euro, 2 bedroom apartment – 45 euro /VAT incl./
Start/end of tenancy cleaning – this is a comprehensive service when we prepare the property ready for its guests, respectively when leaving, we take care for bringing the property back to nice and fresh condition. Our price includes both cleaning on arrival and departure:
- Ventilating the property
- Complete kitchen cleaning, if needed before arrival and after departure
- Bathroom and toilet cleaning
- Floor cleaning and polishing
- Furniture polishing
- Garbage removal
- Making the beds for the guests
- Laundry of linen and towels after departure of the guests
- Single supply of toiletries
Rates: studio – 36 euro, 1 bedroom apartment – 39 euro, 2 bedroom apartment – 42 euro, 2 bedroom villa – 50 euro /VAT incl./
Refresh cleaning – this is our so called “extra” cleaning or simply light cleaning when guests are occupying the property:
- Ventilating the property
- Bathroom and toilet cleaning
- Floor cleaning and polishing
- Furniture polishing
- Garbage removal
- Making the beds for the guests
- Single supply of toiletries
Rates: studio – 22 euro, 1 bedroom apartment – 25 euro, 2 bedroom apartment – 28 euro, 2 bedroom villa – 35 euro /VAT incl./
We realize that keeping property clean is a must and key for rental success. That is why we use only high quality cleaning detergents, vacuum, washing and sweeping machines. This allows us to provide also many other services as one time order – washing upholstery, curtains, sofas, chairs, special polishing of furniture, cleaning of electrical appliances inside and out, removal of mould and limescale etc.
As being a “property-solution” company, our services are not limited to the above ones.
